Responsibilities
- Day-to day management of Title operations.
- Ensures all client inquires/escalations are successfully resolved to maximize client satisfaction.
- Monitor daily volume to ensure orders are distributed properly among team members to operate the team at maximum efficiency to meet budgetary goals and meet client expectations.
- Manage a team of Title Examiners.
- Maintain an understanding of title insurance requirements and guidelines in multiple states and stay current on changing rules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Minimum requirement of 5-10 years of Title Operations experience.
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working within a builder environment, preferred.
- Multi-State experience in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina preferred.
- Licensed Title Agent Preferred or obtained within 6 months of hire or promotion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Knowledge of SoftPro strongly preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Motivated and positive team player.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
