SNI has partnered with a multi-billion dollar Manufacturing company hiring for a newly-created Controller role. This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep Manufacturing experience who is looking to make their mark.
Our client is PE-backed and continues to grow through acquisition. This role will lead a team of 5 Managers who are focused on Inventory, valuation, and standard costing. Experience leading in a transformative Manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Targeted compensation range is $180K - $220K depending on depth of relevant Manufacturing leadership experience.
Ideal candidate
- 7 years Accounting leadership including supervising team of Managers
- Significant Manufacturing experience is a firm requirement
- Public Accounting and CPA highly preferred
- Ability to articulate accomplishments in transforming a Manufacturing Accounting group
- Currently residing in Dallas with ability to work in-office 3 days/week
