Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
Pay: $17.00-$20.00/hr, depending on experience
*Bilingual, Proficient in English and Spanish
Duties or responsibilities would include:
- Employee orientation
- Safety training
- Attendance tracking
- Employee coaching
- Payroll/Deductions
- Recruiting
- Interviewing
- Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
- Communications with supervisors/leads
- Management of employee records and software database
- Providing excellent customer service
- General office duties
- Client Communication
- Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues
- Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
