What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual On-Site Supervisor position at The Job Center Staffing?
We are seeking a 1st Shift Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Spanish / English) to join our team! You will be responsible for providing warehouse floor support to the client that you will be working with. Also, you will be supervising The Job Center associates in terms of production, staffing, answering questions, etc. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 6 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm with potential OT on Saturday.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Onsite Supervisor
- Interact with client supervisors to ensure associates are performing at the level they need to be performing.
- Provide Job Center with communication as it relates to production and warehouse staffing matters.
- Provide leadership over associates in terms of attendance, productivity, and basic job duties.
- Update reporting / technology daily including attendance reports, internal technology database, Kronos, etc.
