Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and build strong business relationships. In this role, you will focus on generating new business for our locations, increasing customer loyalty, nurturing relationships and consistently going the "extra mile".

Qualifications:
- 5 years of outside regional sales experience
- 5 years of experience in the Commercial, Industrial/OTR, and/or Mechanical products and services industry
- Proven track record of new regional account development and strong negotiation skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
- Class C Driver's License, insurable by company standards, and ability to pass background check and drug screen
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business
- Prospect and qualify potential new customers
- Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
- Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
- Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
- Must have strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, and close attention to detail
- Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
- Requires the ability to identify new opportunities for growth
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight
