Are you a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative? Are you ready to drive growth and build strong business relationships? In this role, you will focus on expanding our commercial tire business while promoting all product and service lines. As Commercial Sales Representative you will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty, nurturing B2B relationships and consistently going the "extra mile".

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1-3 years of outside sales experience
· Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills
· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems
· Class C Driver's License and insurable by company standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business
· Prospect and qualify potential new customers
· Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
· Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
· Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
· MS Office Suite and the ability to learn other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
· Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
· Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight
