Overview
We're seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead in Ellabell, GA to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing warehouse. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading our team to success.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday 5:00PM - 5:00AM
- Sunday 2:00PM - 10:00PM
- Must be able to work Overtime.
- Pay Rate: $18.30-$19.30 (Based upon experience)
Job Duties include:
- Supervise and motivate warehouse staff
- Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory records
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency
- Train and develop warehouse staff
- Schedule and manage warehouse staff workload
Requirements:
- Must have previous Leadership experience
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Must have at least 3 years of previous forklift experience
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft, Word & Excel
