Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Global Marketing Associate to support our Senior Global Marketing Manager in spearheading Sniffies' marketing efforts across multiple channels, including organic social, influencer marketing, ambassador programs, email campaigns, and more. This role requires close collaboration with Creative and Product teams to design and execute impactful marketing strategies that amplify the Sniffies brand worldwide. Responsibilities also include managing merchandise and apparel launches, supporting international expansion, and developing compelling content and assets.
The ideal candidate is proactive and adaptable, with a strong blend of analytical and creative skills. They should possess a deep understanding of male sexuality—including gay, bi, and straight-curious orientations—and embrace a sex-positive mindset that celebrates diverse desires, kinks, and fantasies. Additionally, familiarity with cruising culture and its significance within the LGBTQ community is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Channel Management: Implement and oversee marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media, digital ads, blog content, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. Create and curate content, optimize campaigns, analyze metrics, and refine tactics to enhance engagement and reach. Ensure brand consistency and stay adaptable to emerging trends in digital marketing.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a cross-functional content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and business needs. Keep the calendar updated across all channels and oversee content approval to ensure consistency and timely execution.
- Tools Management: Serve as the expert on marketing platforms like Sprinklr, HubSpot, and Klaviyo. Optimize platform use, manage content scheduling and posting, monitor tool performance, and troubleshoot issues. Provide training to team members and stay updated on best practices to maximize tool effectiveness.
- Social Listening and Reporting: Monitor discussions, trends, and competitor activities through social listening tools. Compile data into reports, providing insights on audience behavior, channel performance, and industry trends. Offer actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions and improve marketing efforts.
- Influencer and Community Management: Support the Community Management & Influencer team with ambassador and creator programs. Assist in sourcing, briefing, and activating global influencer campaigns using internal and external resources.
Qualifications
- Experience: Over 4 years of hands-on experience in digital and social marketing execution and operations, ideally within a technology or startup environment.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate information, progress, and key marketing KPIs to the broader Sniffies team and leadership.
- Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering with third parties, including talent, agencies, and production teams, to expand the roster of influencers and ambassadors. Experienced in managing influencers through campaign briefing, execution, and invoicing.
- Digital and Social Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms with experience managing brand accounts on X, TikTok, Instagram, and other key channels. A strong affinity for social trends and an ability to engage with cultural moments and discussions that resonate with the Sniffies brand.
- Project Management: Proficient in overseeing asset development, scheduling posts, and managing content workflows across multiple channels. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and set benchmarks for project completion.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of key marketing KPIs with the ability to optimize metrics and communicate performance effectively to team members and leadership. Confident in using data platforms to develop comprehensive reporting dashboards.
