Position Overview:

Sniffies is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and effectiveness of our digital marketing across multiple channels. This role requires a tactical approach, with a focus on driving brand awareness and user acquisition through data-driven, full funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social media, programmatic (including adult website ads) cross channel integration (80%) as well as SEO/email (20%).


This role is based in our Bushwick office.


Key Responsibilities:

Paid Social and Digital Advertising

  • Manage day-to-day tactical execution of Paid Social (Meta and supplemental platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, X). This includes campaign management, ad management, campaign optimizations, marketing funnel management, copywriting, creative briefing, and more.
  • Set up and manage programmatic display advertising campaigns via adult websites and other publishers.

Search Engine Marketing and SEO

  • Manage and implement effective paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid optimization.
  • Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis to help inform strategy for both SEM & SEO
  • Build and inform the development of organic content for Hush (Sniffies’ editorial property), including research, article ideas, and contributions to the editorial strategy for the channel.
  • Develop a comprehensive link-building strategy, including guest blogging and outreach to authoritative websites within Sniffies’ industry.

Email Marketing and Landing Pages

  • Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns, including email campaign execution, list segmentation, and creative testing and optimization.
  • Implement email flow automation with platforms like Klaviyo and Hubspot.
  • Perform ongoing A/B tests across all channels to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a regular cadence and make real-time adjustments to optimize results
  • Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, create reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Performance Optimization

  • Perform ongoing A/B tests across all channels to improve campaign performance.
  • Cross-channel optimization based on acquisition performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a regular cadence and make real-time adjustments to optimize results.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of data-driven reporting systems that support our strategic objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track KPIs, create reports, and derive actionable insights.

Operations and Management

  • Support the management of campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Assist with reporting on budget at a regular cadence outlined by the team.
  • Support the Growth Strategy Team in the execution of strategy and day-to-day operations.


Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in full-funnel digital and performance marketing, with a strong focus on a multi-channel approach to execution.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in adult content marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SEO, paid search, paid social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with adult website advertising and familiarity with related policies and regulations.
  • Google Product Certification demonstrating strong analytical skills and proficiency in GA4, Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification demonstrating strong proficiency in Facebook/Instagram Insights, Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Creative.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, power BI and other data reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


Required Skills

  • Hands-on campaign management in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360 and other Programmatic Buying Solutions.
  • Knowledge and operational experience with SEO tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Cross-channel management with platform and enterprise marketing platforms.
  • A/B testing experience, creative testing experience, and conversion rate optimization tools.
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Basic HTML and CSS for landing page creation and support.
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads Certifications.
  • Meta Ads and other social/digital platform Certifications.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency or startup experience.
  • Experience in the adult entertainment or related sex-positive industries.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Voluum, Marketo).
