About the Position
It's an exciting time to be at SnowCloud and this Sales Manager position is selling innovation! They will oversee the sales cycle from the prospecting to implementation of SnowCloud clients. The position will be responsible for new and prospective client communication, education, and implementation success. This role involves collaborating with clients, their teams, and our internal team to implement best practices and processes. Join us in ensuring the quality and success of our projects.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue all new business opportunities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with decision makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long term success
- Identify client needs and offer product solutions
- Keep current on the product and developments of the software
- Track and report on lead generation, outreach activities, and sales reporting and forecasting
- Work closely with marketing to maximize sales efforts
- Participate in sales meetings and product demos
- Attend tradeshows and conferences representing the company
- Work closely with the internal product team to provide market feedback
- Perform additional duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
Team Member Qualifications:
- 2 years sales experience in software development or tech company
- Strong technical background, with deep understanding of software as a service
- Proven successful sales strategies within the technical field
- 2 years experience with technical account management
- Strong understanding of software development processes and practices
- Experience with CRM Systems and sales management tools
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Experience in the resort, experiential, or entertainment industry.
- Client and user-oriented problem solver
- Ability to think analytically, critically, and creatively to identify options and solutions
- Passion for the snow sports industry
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel, as needed to grow sales
- Roll-up sleeves attitude with a hands-on approach to growing a business
- Proven experience in a dynamic environment
