As an IT Contract & Procurement Specialist, you'll partner with and support Information Technology Management, project managers, and staff with the review, management, and renewal of IT vendor contracts. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and directives, and facilitate the procurement of hardware, software, maintenance, and professional services using formal and informal processes such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and bids.

You are experienced and comfortable partnering with all organizational levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership. You navigate an ever-changing and increasingly complex information technology landscape with ease. You are adept at reading and interpreting complex IT contracts and statements of work and can readily distinguish between terms and conditions that are of a legal nature vs. an IT nature.
