Job Definition

Key Responsibilities
- Support the District’s Mission, Commitment and Values.
- Integrate existing programs and initiatives into a cohesive and impactful employee experience.
- Act as liaison with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment with District cultural values.
- Act as internal consultant to foster a culture which is welcoming and where all are valued by listening, advising, consulting, translating, and recommending action.
- Coordinate, facilitate and bridge program activities for the organization as a trusted partner and advisor.
- Connect District’s Strategic Plan with culture change initiatives, including action plan development, oversight, support, measurement and reporting.
- Gather feedback and insights from employees. Work with stakeholders to develop plans to act on employee feedback and insights.
- Act as the primary facilitator for the Inclusion Committee.
- Collaborate with the Inclusion Committee on communications and strategic initiatives, ensuring Committee activities align with District strategy.
- Track and report the Inclusion Committee’s progress towards overall goals.
- Perform administrative duties as necessary to support the Inclusion Committee’s activities.
- Ensure committee is equipped with information and training to support DEI efforts.
- Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive cultural training program in collaboration with District’s Training & Development team and other resources.
- Develop and maintain internal communications plan related to role, in collaboration with Corporate Communications department and other stakeholders.
