About the Position
This role will enable Snohomish County P.U.D. to harness the future through the discovery and advancement of decision science and process efficiency technologies. This position is responsible for driving the strategic adoption of data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning and process automation. This role will work in collaboration with all levels of technical, business, and executive leadership across the organization to understand the strategic needs and provide clarity to the possibilities. They will work in direct partnership with technical architecture and business process roles to roadmap the future and provide clear direction to enterprise project implementations, program management and operations.

Job Definition
Program Manager IV
The Program Manager IV is a professional role that is responsible for the development of programs and services for the District and its customers. Program Managers own the business strategy behind a program or service, specify its functional requirements, and generally manage the launch of features. They coordinate work done by many other functions and are ultimately responsible for the business success of the program or service
Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager sets the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for major District programs and services and also directs every aspect of how they get built and launched, by designing, developing, and managing activities. They are ultimately accountable for the overall success of the program and work cross-functionally at all levels to achieve success.
