- Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent, and meet one (1) of the following:
- Have received a score of 455 on the ETS ParaPro (https://www.ets.org/parapro),or a qualifying score on the Pearson Paraprofessional assessment or Master Teacher Inc. Paraeducator Training Program
- Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university
- Upon hire, must complete the Fundamental Course of Study (FCS)-Paraeducator Certificate.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Building Administrator and the MLL teacher is responsible for supporting the elementary educational process and responsible for applying MLL strategies and supporting language development for MLL students. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job descriptions.
Salary Range: $25.29 - $28.74/hour (Paraeducator A) $26.71 - $30.32/hour (Paraeducator B) per 2024-25 Public School Employees Salary Schedule
Work Year: 4.75 hours/day (includes gneral building support, crossing guard and Multi Lanaguage Learner support) 5 days/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., 9 months/year
