Snoozy is looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead the growth of our brand in the Capital Region. This role centers on identifying and connecting with prospects, presenting the Snoozy portfolio, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, self-driven, and embraces servant selling—providing exceptional value to customers and prospects.
You’ll be instrumental in driving sales while offering valuable insights into market conditions, customer needs, and competitive forces. This is a remote position with a primary focus on fieldwork. Reliable transportation is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Primary Focus : Drive Snoozy’s sales growth in the NY Capital region.
- Region Includes : Saratoga, Central NY, Albany, Hudson Valley, and Westchester
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities, trends, and risks.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the territory.
- Conduct an average of 20 sales visits per week with retail partners and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Represent Snoozy at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Plan and execute pop-up events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Communicate regularly with Sales Director to share market insights and updates.
