Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
