PURPOSE
To ensure our guest’s experience in 12 Moons is a pleasant experience. Greet guests with a smile, seat guests in appropriate sections and providing the best guest service in the Northwest.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and seat guests with a smile. Thank and invite the guests back as they leave 12 Moons.
- Seat the guests in the proper section using the rotation procedure.
- Keep supervisor updated on business flow in 12 Moons.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- None
Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
- Possess ability to work under pressure.
- Possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
- Experience with POS or Reservation System
- One (1) year Guest Service experience.
- One (1) year Restaurant experience.
Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
