PURPOSE
The People Systems Administrator will play a pivotal role on our People / HR Team, ensuring our HR technology platforms (Paylocity, UKG Dimensions, JotForm, Workday) deliver a seamless, positive, and compliant experience for our Team Members. This position focuses on maintaining and optimizing our HR systems while upholding data integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, streamlining processes, and fostering a people-focused environment. By working closely with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) and external partners, the People Systems Administrator will help drive strategic initiatives that support our 24 / 7 workforce.

Administer & Optimize HR Systems : Serve as the primary administrator for HR systems, including configuring modules, managing routine maintenance, processing changes to Team Member records, testing new features, and rolling out updates to meet the evolving needs of a 24 / 7 operation. Proactively learn and understand system capabilities and new features to ensure systems are optimized and aligned with business goals.Compliance & Data Security : Stay current with applicable employment and data privacy regulations; configure systems to maintain legal compliance, implement role-based permissions, and proactively monitor for unauthorized access or suspicious activity.Audits & Records Management : Perform regular audits (e.g., I-9, E-Verify, ACA reporting) to ensure data accuracy and regulatory adherence; oversee secure recordkeeping aligned with statutory retention schedules and industry best practices.Optimize Workflows & Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other departments to streamline workflows across the Team Member lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, performance, compensation), leveraging system capabilities for efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with key stakeholders (subject matter experts, Team Members, Managers) to identify opportunities for improvement, implement system changes, and ensure processes meet organizational needs.User Support & Training : Respond to Team Member and Manager inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems when necessary. Develop training materials and deliver flexible training sessions (including nights / weekends) to ensure system adoption. Foster a customer-service mindset by treating Team Members as “guests,” offering tailored solutions that empower users.Reports & Analytics : Produce regular and ad-hoc reports (headcount, turnover, compliance metrics) and explore advanced analytics or dashboards that inform strategic decision-making. Identify trends related to turnover, performance, and succession planning that contribute to proactive talent management.Improvements & Best Practices : Stay informed on industry trends and recommend enhancements or new tools (e.g., ESS / MSS features, analytics modules) to continuously improve the user experience and maximize return on system investments.Special Projects : Coordinate end-to-end system integrations, large-scale upgrades, or vendor evaluations. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and change management to ensure seamless deployment and minimal disruption to daily operations.People-Centric Culture : Foster a customer-service mindset by offering solutions that empower users and promote engagement, while upholding the organization’s core values. Ensure the systems meet the needs of a 24 / 7 workforce and support a positive, compliant Team Member experience.Department Operations Support : Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve Team Member experiences, assist with People / HR tasks (e.g., front-desk coverage), and remain flexible in taking on additional responsibilities to meet evolving organizational priorities.Requirements :
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Three (3) years of full-time experience in HR systems administration or a closely related role, including hands-on experience configuring HRIS platforms and processing changes to Team Member records (status, position, demographics, compensation, etc.).Proven ability to independently learn and master new HRIS modules, staying current with platform updates and best practices.Experience working in a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, Finance) and engaging with end users (Managers, Team Members) to implement system improvements and ensure system effectiveness.Must be available to work primarily Monday through Friday, day shift, with flexibility to adjust hours (nights / weekends) to accommodate a 24 / 7 workforce.Skills and Abilities :
HRIS System Configuration & Technical Proficiency : Expertise in configuring and optimizing HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy in Team Member records and data. Advanced skills in data analysis and the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools and system features.Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving : Experienced in interpreting complex datasets to provide insights and inform decision-making. Proactive in identifying system issues or process improvements and implementing solutions to optimize workflows.Attention to Detail & Compliance : Proven track record of maintaining high data integrity, accuracy, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Diligent in audit processes, recordkeeping, and data security.Project Management : Skilled in managing system integrations, upgrades, or special projects, including defining scope, managing timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly and providing user-friendly documentation or training.Collaboration & Relationship-Building : Adept at working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance; proven ability to forge positive partnerships with vendors and stakeholders.Adaptability & Flexibility : Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities, operational shifts, and new responsibilities. Education and Certifications
Administrator level experience on Paylocity, UKG Dimensions, Workday, and / or JotForm.Experience implementing or administering multiple HR systems in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Gaming industry.Relevant HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or HRIS certifications (e.g., Workday Pro).Previous exposure to compliance-heavy environments or regulated industries, with demonstrated success in audit preparation and records management.Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member / Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
