POSITION SUMMARY : Contributes to development of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that enhances the Snoqualmie Valley Health brand and supports the Districts mission, vision and objectives. Develops, writes, maintains a variety of materials to attract and grow the Districts patient base and attract and recruit prospective new employees. Ensures content aligns with brand strategy, focusing on quality, consistency, and timely delivery while managing costs. Exhibits initiative, adeptly manages workload, and strategically prioritizes tasks to achieve optimal outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

- Brand Integrity : Ensures all content supports brand strategy and aligns with the mission, vision, and values. Maintains brand standards.
- Website Development : Oversees development of Snoqualmie Valley Healths website through WordPress. Updates online content, ensuring the website is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and aligns with branding guidelines.
- Blog Support : Supports maintenance of the organization's blog, including coordinating authors, editing, formatting, and publishing. Ensures that blog posts are optimized for SEO, visually appealing, and aligned with the organization's branding. Monitors blog performance and engagement, and implements improvements based on analytic.

Deepen Connections : We build strong relationships with our patients, their families and partners in the communities we serve.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Required Education : Bachelors Degree in communication, public relations, marketing or related field.
Required Experience : Three years of directly-related professional work experience preferred, including AP Style writing, graphic design experience and social media campaigns.
Skills : SharePoint 365, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress experience desired.

Benefit Eligibility Requirements - Employees regularly scheduled at least 20 hours per week.
