Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $17.00-$22.00/hr based on experience
- Shift Differentials:
- Weekday Evenings: $1.50
- Weekend Evenings: $2.00

Shifts Available:
- Evening 8-Hour Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
- Create a home-like environment, offering emotional support and working closely with residents’ families.
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
- Assist with medical procedures, record resident care, and respond to emergencies.
- Ensure resident safety by following infection control practices and maintaining a clean environment.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and assess resident needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
- Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) Certification
- Proven experience as a GNA, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of patient care and best nursing practices.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a dedication to resident well-being.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
