Job Summary
The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Execution: Execute recipes and follow station guides and prep lists meticulously to deliver consistent high-quality products.
- Courteous Service: Maintain a positive work environment by working and communicating in a courteous and professional manner with all guests and co-workers.
- Sanitation & Food Safety: Maintain awareness of all state & federal sanitation procedures and industry food safety practices.
- Efficient Operation: Operate efficiently and be self-sufficient in executing a task list when coordinated by the Pastry Chef.
Qualifications:
- Utah Food Handler's Permit: Must have a valid Utah Food Handler's Permit.
- Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
