As a Pastry Cook at Snowbasin Resort Company, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Present High-Quality Products: Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats for our guests.
- Maintain Sanitation and Food Safety Standards: Maintain awareness of all state & federal sanitation procedures and industry food safety practices.
- Operate Efficiently: Operate efficiently and be self-sufficient in executing a task list when coordinated by the Pastry Chef.
Qualifications:
- Utah Food Handler's Permit: Must have a valid Utah Food Handler's Permit.
- Ability to Travel: Ability to travel to Snowbasin for scheduled shifts.
