What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media and Marketing Assistant position at Snowbird Financial Consulting?
We are currently looking for an additional team member to contribute to our team and grow with our company. This position requires previous social media business experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent marketing content writer with a background in real estate/financing/lending. The Marketing Assistant will work directy with the Marketing & IT Specialist and CEO for all of our projects. This role will also be responsible for designing initiatives including but not limited to website content writing and updates, social media posts, YouTube videos, Google elements and CRM systems (specifically HUBSPOT). Key skills for a successful candidate are organization, communication and the ability to translate business needs into data management and technical requirements.
Position is based in Naples, FL.
This is either a PT or FT position (flexible on schedule).
Specific Job Skills:
- Create social media and website content
- Assist with CRM implementation
- Customize views, properties, and workflows in our HubSpot account
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support to CEO as needed
- Excellent marketing content writer with a background in real estate/financing/lending
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Past experience producing high performing marketing content
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) and Canva
- Proactive and thoughtful, with a high level of understanding of industry best practices.
- Formal education/trainging in marketing or a related field (preferred)
- SEO skills (Wordpress)
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative eye
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience Using: Google Search Console, HubSpot, WordPress, SEM Rush, basic HTML, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Experience with Content Strategy, creation, collaboration, and Promotion.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High organizational skills to keep projects on task to meet deadlines
- Must have excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Ability to stay up to date with current trends
- High attention to detail
- Professional judgment and discretion to make decisions
