You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, productivity, and customer service on each job.
As a successful foreman, you will :
- Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete jobs following established guidelines and within designated timeframes.
- Ensure attention to detail with focus on safety and quality.
- Manage all aspects of the project to drive productivity.
- Ensure there are adequate materials and equipment to complete projects efficiaently and safely.
- Effectively maintain documentation.
- Demonstrate knowledge of OSHA requirements
- Foster positive working environment with crew.
- Deliver high level of customer service.
