What You’ll Do
🍹 Bring the Bar to Life
Mix, prepare, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
Ensure all drinks are crafted to club standards using approved recipes
Set up the bar prior to each event and ensure proper breakdown and cleanup post-event
📋 Keep It Stocked & Smooth
Maintain accurate inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies
Stay organized and ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and guest-ready
Know when to cut off service and communicate concerns to managers
🧼 Maintain Cleanliness & Safety
Clean and sanitize bar areas, glassware, and tools
Store all food and drink items according to safety standards—labeled, dated, and rotated properly
Follow all state/local laws and club policies regarding alcohol service
🙌 Jump In Where Needed
Help with food service during events
Greet and seat guests in the absence of a host
Deliver drinks when servers are unavailable
Participate in pre-shift line-ups and team meetings
Stay informed on daily operations, events, and club hours
Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit
✔️ 1 year bartending experience
✔️ Prior supervisory or lead bartender experience (a plus!)
✔️ Alcohol beverage certification (preferred)
✔️ Food safety certification (preferred)
✔️ Of legal age to serve alcohol
✔️ Organized, upbeat, and guest-focused
Physical Demands & Work Environment
💪 Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
🕐 Stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
🔁 Perform repetitive motions and climb stairs
🔥 Work in hot, humid, and lively environments
