What You’ll Do
🛠 Set the Scene
Complete all physical setup and breakdown of banquet and member event spaces
Follow detailed diagrams and checklists to ensure flawless event layouts
Stage buffets, podiums, dance floors, and more
✨ Keep It Polished
Maintain banquet equipment and storerooms in top condition
Clean, polish, and store tables, chairs, silver, and glassware
Roll silverware, fold linens, and reset event spaces for the next function
🚚 Move with Purpose
Transport equipment between storage and event areas
Handle child seats, linen pickups, and furniture moves with care
Assist with daily cleaning tasks and banquet resets
🗣 Collaborate & Support
Take direction from the Banquet and Events Manager
Communicate clearly with team members and contribute to a positive work culture
Attend staff meetings and assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications

✔️ 1 year of relatable work experience (preferred)

✔️ Able to follow directions and adapt quickly
Physical Demands & Work Environment
💪 Lift and carry up to 75 lbs
