What You’ll Do
🎯 Lead the Charge – Supervise and guide banquet staff throughout setup, service, and breakdown
📋 Know the Details – Be fully fluent in Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure flawless execution
🍽️ Own the Experience – Deliver top-tier service and jump in wherever needed, from bartending to serving
🛠 Execute Like a Pro – Oversee room setups, manage timing, and leave spaces clean and prepped for the next event
👀 Eyes on Everything – Uphold safety, cleanliness, and alcohol service standards at all times
🗣 Communicate Clearly – Work closely with the Banquet & Events Manager to execute their vision with precision
Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit
✔️ 2 Years Banquet Experience (preferred)
✔️ 1 Year Supervisory Experience (preferred)
✔️ Food Safety Certification
✔️ Alcohol Service Certification
✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ A calm, confident presence with a guest-first mindset
Physical Demands & Work Environment
💪 Lift and carry up to 75 lbs
🕐 Stand and walk for extended periods
