🏓 What You’ll Do

🌟 Be a Pickleball Ambassador – Welcome players of all levels, foster good vibes, and help everyone feel included on and off the court.
🎾 Court Operations – Make sure all courts are set up, safe, clean, and ready to go each day.
📅 Facilitate Play – Manage open play sessions, reservations, and smooth court rotations—fair and fun for all!
🎉 Host Events & Round Robins – Assist in running tournaments, socials, and special programming.
📣 Encourage Participation – Help build a thriving pickleball community by sparking enthusiasm and making connections.
🛠 Stay in the Know – Keep up with the latest rules, trends, and innovations in the pickleball world.

🗂 A Bit of Admin, Too

🗣️ Communication – Be clear, friendly, and professional in all interactions.
🧠 Organization – Assist with program logistics and attend staff meetings as needed.
📝 Feedback Loop – Help us improve by sharing insights and observations from the court.

Qualifications

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Passion for pickleball (and people!)
✔ A natural leader who brings energy and positivity
✔ Great multitasker with strong communication skills
✔ Experience in managing recreational play or events a plus
✔ Familiarity with basic court maintenance
✔ High School diploma preferred, but not required

💪 Physical Demands & Work Environment

🔹 Ability to move quickly and comfortably on the court
🔹 Comfortable being outdoors in all kinds of mountain weather
🔹 Frequent standing, bending, running, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
🔹 Use of light machinery and handheld tools as needed
