- Housing: Affordable on-mountain employee housing available for rent.

- Pay: $16.50 per hour
- Start Date: Mid-November
- Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year

Job Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Create and implement lesson plans tailored for young children.
- Staff Supervision: Schedule, train, and manage staff to ensure high professionalism and adequate coverage.
- Guest Service: Handle guest complaints, ensuring a positive experience for both children and parents.
- Record Keeping: Oversee paperwork for registration, check-in, and check-out; maintain detailed incident records.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the pre-ski school is clean, safe, and well-maintained; submit bi-weekly safety reports.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and control expenses related to programming.
- Food & Beverage Coordination: Order, serve, and manage lunch and snack supplies.
- Daily Operations: Assist with bathroom breaks, minor accidents, and clothing adjustments; organize activities and ensure children are ready for outdoor fun.
- Team Support: Hold staff meetings, recognize performance, and assist with other duties as needed.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience:
- At least 18 Months Experience in a related field and at least 1 year experience working in a supervisory capacity
- Must be willing & able to learn to ski
- Knowledge of safety practices, CPR/first aid certification preferred
- Previous outdoor experience is a plus
- May require lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
