SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and experienced Business Development Manager to help our North America Sales team engage new clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and create opportunities, utilizing a number of methods to lead to a sales engagement, as well as qualify and follow-up with early sales and marketing generated leads.
The Business Development Manager career progression is a path toward potentially building a team or moving to a sales role with a greater customer ownership.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for :
- Demonstrating creative outbound engagement skills by leveraging various communication methods, including social media, marketing platforms, cold calling, emailing, and more.
- Enhancing the client experience by identifying and addressing client "pain points" and presenting compelling solutions.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize the opportunity conversion process.
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise across solution domains (ex : selective data migration) and / or specific industries (ex : Retail, Pharmaceuticals, to name a few).
- Participating in industry events, representing SNP and presenting SNP’s value proposition to a wide audience.
