Job Description:

We seek one Senior Dynamics 365 SharePoint Online Developer to participate in our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative aims to revolutionize how our DoIT@DCFS team delivers ongoing technical support, services, and capabilities to our customers. As a Senior Dynamics 365 SharePoint Online Developer on our client’s team, you will have extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM, D365, PowerShell Scripting, Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate, CDS or Dataverse, Dynamics Field Services, API/Rest Web Services, JS, CSS, HTML, XML in addition to past experience with SharePoint Online. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing various applications and services, contributing to the design and architecture of our systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to transform the technology that supports the most at-risk children and families within the state.


Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, specifically focusing on Dynamics CRM.

Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and Power platforms.

Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.

Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).

Lead the evaluation of new Dynamics products and services and provide written recommendations for future implementation.


Required Skills:

5 years of general Dynamics development experience.

4 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics CRM.

5 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting SharePoint Online.

5 years of designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting MSFT PowerApps applications.

Web technologies development experience (JS, CSS, HTML, XML)

Experience with API/REST web services and data sources.

Experience with structured development lifecycles and technical documentation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.


Desired Skills:

Previous experience with Learning Management Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology.

Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

Understanding of version control systems, notably Git.

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).

Experience with Product Management and Health & Human Services Projects.

Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.

Previous experience working on large-scale transformation projects.

Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).

Work Location Note: This role will work 3 days per week for a 3-week introductory period at the beginning of the contract at 1 North Old State Capital Plaza, Springfield, IL. After the introductory period, assuming the expected work quality and output, the candidate should anticipate being on site 3 days per month. The client may request up to 3 additional days per month on an as-needed, project-demand basis.
