D365 CE Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working directly with end-users and developers, gathering and documenting business requirements, and facilitating design sessions. The candidate must be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with end-users and developers to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, and write user stories and test cases.
• Facilitate end-user requirements and design sessions.
• Analyze problems and provide root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with teams working on integrated environments between Dynamics CE and F&O.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in listening and problem-solving.
• Experience with agile/scrum implementation methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, scenario-based test cases, and business process diagramming.
• Experience working in integrated environments involving Dynamics F&O.
  
  

D365 CE Developer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer with a strong background in development, customization, and administration of Dynamics 365 CE. The ideal candidate will have experience with Power Platform (Dataverse, PowerApps, Power Pages), Plug-In development, and portal development. The candidate should have strong technical skills and be familiar with agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Develop Plug-Ins, PowerApps, Flows, and Dataverse applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and other developers in an agile/scrum environment.
• Create user stories, process maps, and user journey maps.
• Troubleshoot and support Dynamics CE-related issues.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and architecture.
• Technical development and administration experience in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Expertise in Plug-In development, portal development, and Power Platform tools (Dataverse, PowerApps).
• 6 years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a business-facing role (preferred).

D365 F&O Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant with expertise in finance modules and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with finance end-users, support project teams, and liaise between technical and business teams. You will also lead gap analysis, UAT development, and provide continuous support for business processes on the F&O platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with finance end-users and project teams to transform requirements into integrated solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing applications and new requirements.
• Elicit and document business requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives.
• Coordinate between business users and IT development teams to clarify ongoing requirements.
• Develop UAT strategies and test conditions in partnership with business owners.
• Provide ongoing support for finance operations on the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong functional and technical domain expertise in financial operations.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and reporting.
• Experience with order-to-invoice workflows, including sales and purchase orders.
• Proficiency in agile/scrum methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with F&O and CE integration in an enterprise environment is preferred.

• Background working with Dynamics 365 F&O in integrated environments with Dynamics CE.
• Accounting degree or experience in finance-related domains is highly preferred.
• Experience in project management, change management, or business analytics.
