What You'll Do :
- Inspire & Lead : Mentor and motivate a team of 5 direct reports and up to 450 production employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Orchestrate Success : Collaborate with department heads to ensure they not only meet but exceed their manufacturing objectives, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive Financial Performance : Develop and execute business plans and budgets that maximize financial results.
- Set the Pace : Establish and maintain world-class standards for plant performance in both production and quality.
- Streamline Operations : Minimize overtime and repair expenses, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.
- Champion Continuous Improvement : Implement lean and continuous improvement methodologies to elevate operational efficiency and product quality.
