What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community, responsible for leasing apartments and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective tenants. Under the supervision of the Community Manager (CM), you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining our property's online presence, and ensuring a smooth leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Apartments: Manage the leasing process, including showing units, answering inquiries, and guiding prospects through their decision-making.
- Customer Service Excellence: Be the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants—always providing friendly, professional service.
- Marketing & Outreach: Maintain and enhance our online marketing efforts to attract new residents.
- Administrative Duties: Keep records, process applications, and ensure adherence to community policies and fair housing guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Manager and other team members to ensure efficient and effective leasing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous customer service or leasing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You’ll be juggling multiple tasks and priorities, so attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent Communication: You’re friendly, approachable, and able to effectively communicate with residents, prospects, and the team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with computers and various software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, property management tools) is required.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check and reference verification is required.
