Our Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior GTM Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing sophisticated solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate closely with the business analyst team to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems. You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Advanced Development: Lead the development of sophisticated Sales, Marketing and Customer Service automation solutions, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Integration Leadership: Solution and implement enterprise integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems to enhance sales, marketing and customer sevice processes.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of functional and business requirements, identify gaps, and propose changes that align with Salesforce architecture.
- Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, Single Sign-On, Heroku Connect, and other data management systems.
- Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in customization, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What You’ll Need:
- Core Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in Salesforce customization and configuration, with a deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Salesforce Ecosystem Experience: Experience with some of the various popular Salesforce technologies like Communities, Enterprise Territory Management, CPQ, CRMA, etc.
- General Development Skills: Experience with at least 1 popular mainstream language or stack like Java, Node.js, Python etc
- Integration: Experience with SOA
- Solution/Architecture: Skilled in solution design and architecture, with focus on creating scalable solutions that fit unique business needs while keeping things efficient and practical.
- Deployment Proficiency: Thorough understanding of Salesforce deployment processes, including usage of popular source control and CI platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- User-Focused: Strong ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders within and outside the GTM organization
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and multi-task effectively.
- Problem Solving: Pragmatic approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
We’d be Lucky if You:
- Have Agile Experience: Experience with Agile development methodologies and working as part of an agile development team.
- Additional Technologies: Experience with Heroku, Python, Node.js, and microservice architectures.
- API Automation: Coding experience and familiarity with APIs for process automation and system integration.
- Salesforce CPQ: Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions.
- Mulesoft: Experience with Mulesoft for building application networks and integrations.
- DBT: Experience with DBT
