What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at So Hospitality Group?
Responsibilities:
- Undertake routine repair and maintenance with a schedule approved by Supervisor
- Performs pest removal, as necessary
- Facility and Grounds maintenance
- Provide direct supervision and scheduling of building maintenance contractors including daily and weekly work order assignments, follow up, and performance evaluation
- Perform as a project manager in the completion of assigned projects
- Complete technical tasks and provide solutions to resolve technical and equipment problems
- Be a subject matter expert for the maintenance of all So Hospitality Group buildings
- Tests the building systems and performs preventative maintenance periodically
Qualifications:
- Broad knowledge of maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, and facility operations
- Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hours per day
- Ability to set priorities and meet daily deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and ever changing environment
- Minimum two years experience in repair maintenance environment or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Trustworthy and professional
Salary : $18 - $24
