This role focuses on driving sales growth in the Biomass and Alternative Fuel Market across North America. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, preparing quotes, and closing sales while ensuring customers are equipped with the right solutions for their specific applications. Building strong relationships with existing customers and collaborating with Aftermarket Sales is essential to fostering growth and success in the Biomass sector.The Biomass Market encompasses wood, energy crops, biofuels, and alternative renewable energy solutions, supporting customers in adopting greener practices and contributing to a cleaner energy future. This role also involves innovating and identifying opportunities within emerging alternative fuel markets. Duties : Including but not limited to :

  • Sell new equipment for biomass projects.
  • Prepare and deliver applications and quotes to customers for new equipment, ranging from complete projects to individual components.
  • Present to customers and engineering firms through virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, collaborating with aftermarket sales personnel to introduce programs.
  • Attend trade shows related to the biomass market and other markets as requested.
  • Deliver presentations at trade shows and conferences to engage with industry professionals.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the manager to forecast yearly and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor sales, equipment offerings, and improvements to stay informed.
  • Communicate and work closely with employees and global teams, including companies in Europe and Asia.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience managing sales territories, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Industry experience in biomass is required, showcasing deep knowledge and expertise in the field.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (50%-80%).
