- Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 technicians, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
- Utilize cloud-based diagnostic tools to remotely analyze and resolve system performance issues.
- Collaborate with Tier 3 engineers for advanced troubleshooting when necessary.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to improve efficiency and build a knowledge base.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends, to ensure system reliability during live events.
