Shifts: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 9 AM – 6 PM (end-of-day duties may extend to 7 or 8 PM)

Job Overview

As part of our Weekend Staff, you’ll be essential in keeping our facility running smoothly during peak hours. You’ll assist customers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance:
✔ Help customers unload, load, and transport their laundry.
✔ Answer questions about machine use, detergent options, and best practices.
✔ Assist customers with their laundry and offer friendly support—especially to first-time visitors.

Facility Cleaning & Maintenance:
✔ Wipe down washers, dryers, soap compartments, and all touchpoints after each use.
✔ Empty lint compartments regularly.
✔ Keep folding tables, seating areas, and floors clean throughout the day.
✔ Check and clean bathrooms, restocking supplies as needed.

General Support:
✔ Monitor machines for proper use and prevent misuse.
✔ Restock supplies and keep the facility organized.
✔ Ensure the laundromat stays welcoming, clean, and in top condition.

End-of-Shift Duties:
✔ Mop floors and complete a final walk-through to ensure everything is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus! Many of our customers speak Spanish and may need assistance.
Customer service or cleaning experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person!
