- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage content for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and engage with the car wash community through comments, messages, and social media interactions.
- Implement paid social media campaigns to attract new customers, increase local visibility, and promote seasonal offers or discounts.
- Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of posts and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Content Creation:
- Produce creative content that showcases our car wash services, including videos, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes looks, seasonal promotions, and educational content about car care.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for website pages, email newsletters, and other promotional materials.
- Highlight the benefits of car wash services through engaging visuals, including before-and-after photos, customer spotlights, and seasonal promotions.
- Brand Strategy and Consistency:
- Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice, maintaining consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.
- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with local events, weather changes, or special promotions that may influence our customers’ car care needs.
- Community Engagement & Growth:
- Build and nurture an online community by engaging with local customers, responding to inquiries, and encouraging user-generated content (e.g., customers sharing their car wash experiences).
- Run social media contests, giveaways, or collaborations with local businesses to enhance community visibility and engagement.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track social media performance and generate reports on engagement, traffic, and conversions from social platforms.
- Analyze social media trends and local market insights to optimize content strategy and improve overall social media ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in a service-based or local business industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous work with social media content, especially for service-oriented brands (car washes, automotive, etc.).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing visually appealing content (graphic design and video editing skills a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills to engage a local audience.
- Basic knowledge of CEO, local marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
