Role Overview :
We're looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Coordinatorto join our growing team. In this role, you'll learn about the insurance industry while developing key sales and customer service skills. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, discussing their insurance needs, and presenting tailored coverage options.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting & Outreach : Identify and contact potential clients to discuss their insurance needs.
- Client Meetings : Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and key decision-makers to present insurance solutions.
- Sales Strategy : Engage in business-to-business cold calling to generate leads and grow your client base.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain a book of business by nurturing client relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Follow-Up : Set and attend follow-up appointments to review and adjust clients' insurance needs.
- Administrative Duties : Respond to client emails and phone calls, and submit daily sales metrics and activity reports.
- Schedule Management : Set your own working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week.
