Job Description
This role is designed for individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and are accruing practicum hours. The Case Supervisor will report to the Partner Clinician at the team member's specific clinic.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 hours/week)
- Updating client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform
- Providing direct supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Participating in Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset
- Writing Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT)
- Meeting with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculum
- Conducting and writing assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist
- Receiving coaching and feedback from Partner Clinicians and other BCBAs in your clinic
- Being a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists
- Conducting direct client therapy (20-30 hours/week)
