Job Overview:
At Soar Autism Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Job Responsibilities:
- Therapy Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with our clinical teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- ABA Therapy Implementation: Deliver ABA therapy based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), which aligns with our clinical approach.
- Team Oversight: Supervise a team of approximately 7-8 clients and ensure seamless integration of their therapy plans.
- Progress Monitoring and Refining Plans: Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on client progress.
- Families Support: Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
