About the Role
At Soar Autism Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We seek a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our interdisciplinary team and contribute to delivering high-quality, integrated autism care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized naturalistic ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.
- Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients, ensuring seamless coordination and progress monitoring.
- Conduct standardized assessments and refine treatment plans based on client progress.
- Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled BCBA with:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in ABA early intervention.
- Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
