Soar Autism Center is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of a School Services Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in Lakewood, Colorado.

The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in their coursework to become a BCBA and be accruing practicum hours. We are looking for someone who wants to get paid for their unrestricted hours and is struggling to find opportunities to count toward their hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases, providing direct supervision to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform.
- Participate in Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset.
- Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill-Based Treatment (SBT).
- Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculum.
- Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
- Receive coaching and feedback from a Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic.
- Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
- Conduct direct client therapy (20-30 hours/week).
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to help effectively plan your time.
- Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
- Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
- Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
- Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.
