Property Manager position for a 300 Unit Affordable Housing Multifamily Property. This role will be involved in day-to-day management of owned and operated rental building in North Bergen, NJ and will be part of the management team responsible for all aspects of
1) resident quality of life and customer service
2) building operations and tenant relations
3) Outside Vendor Management
Job Responsibilities
Maintenance of Building
2) preparation of lease offers,
3) follow-up and negotiations,
5) lease signing and counter-signing. · Ensure all lease documentation and tenant files are accurate and compliant with applicable statutory regulations and requirements. ·
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
