We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rent Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rent collections, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
Responsibilities
- Contact tenants to collect outstanding rents.
- Review accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections.
- Process payments and update account statuses accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service while negotiating payment plans or settlements.
- Prepare reports on collection activities and account statuses for management review.
