Construction Project Manager needed: Industrial Projects, Warehouses, Loading Docks, Parking Lots.
All new construction.
Overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and demonstrate proficiency in various project management software tools.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera and ProCore.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress, managing resources, and reporting.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager building INDUSTIAL Projects.
- interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills for team collaboration.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
