Chief Operating Officer (COO) / For Real Estate Family Office:
Responsible for overseeing the family office, manage the portfolio of multifamily rental buildings. The COO will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring that the company achieves its goals efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong leader with extensive experience in operations management the office and portfolio.
Must know Yardi and QuickBooks.
Duties
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through change management practices.
- Supervise senior leadership team members, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental objectives are met.
- Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with other executives to develop strategic plans that support long-term success.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
