Leasing Manager needed: New residential / rental Leasing.
Leasing Manager would play a critical role in driving the success of the entire leasing operation and maximize occupancy
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a leasing plan with ownership input
- Oversee and build a supporting leasing team and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team executes as per plan.
- Conduct market research about leasing residential and commercial units.
- Manage the leasing process from prospecting and lead generation to lease execution and tenant move-in.
- Work with marketing collateral vendor to prepare renderings, plans, language, social media campaigns, brochures, websites., etc.
- Prepare leasing reports, financial analyses, and forecasts to assess leasing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with property management and marketing teams to develop effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, preferably in NYC’s Newly Developed Luxury Condo/Rental market.
- Residential experience in leasing new buildings is Required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and leasing trends.
- Proficiency in lease negotiations, lease document review, and lease administration.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Knowledge in Real Page – ON-SITE
- Knowledge in a rent management software [such as MRI] is preferred.
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson/Broker – Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
